The use of artificial intelligence (AI) in product information management (PIM) offers many advantages. Making these possibilities available in crossbase is one of our goals in product development. We have already integrated the most important AI tools and are continuing to work on integrating useful applications. AI-based text creation
Our platform enables you to use OpenAI's advanced text generation technology. With ChatGPT, you can create tailored product descriptions, marketing texts and other relevant content for e-commerce, catalogs or internal communication based on prompt instructions and corresponding input data.
AI-supported image creation
Image creation based on prompt instructions: Use the advanced image generation capabilities of Dall-E, Artsmart and Leonardo.AI to create stunning images from simple text descriptions. These technologies allow you to generate customized visualizations that perfectly match your product information.
Image generation based on a template image: This feature allows you to create images based on an existing image. This method currently works to a limited extent, but still provides valuable support in creating consistent visual content.

crossbase Chatbot
We are planning to develop a crossbase chatbot to provide you with intelligent support for all questions relating to the use of our PIM software. The chatbot will be based on an extensive database of program help and our user manual "SmartGuide" and will provide you with quick and precise answers to your questions. It will be available as an additional service and complement our direct, personal advice.
AI-supported classification of articles
Our PIM solution is to receive an AI-supported classification of articles. This will save you valuable time and ensure that your product information is always correct and up-to-date.
Image similarity search
To further optimize your product information management, we want to integrate an advanced similarity search for images. This feature will allow you to find similar images within crossbase quickly and efficiently, which will greatly simplify the management and organization of your visual content.
